The booking starts with your passenger numbers, but bags, pickup addresses and return plans matter too. Here are four things to sort out before you book.
Can I book transport for more than 11 passengers in Sydney?

You don’t need to decide the vehicle mix yourself. For example, 15 people travelling to dinner may need a different arrangement from 15 people heading to a cruise with suitcases. Give us the full details so we can quote for the trip you actually need.
How many vehicles will our group need?
That depends on both seating and luggage space. Dividing the passenger count by 11 is only a starting point.
Include every passenger, including babies and children, and tell us how many large suitcases, cabin bags and prams you’re bringing. Mention any child seats or wheelchair access required before we confirm the vehicles.
A useful enquiry would be: “There are 15 of us, including three children, with 12 large suitcases and one folding pram.” That tells us much more than “15 passengers to the airport.”
Can you collect people from different addresses?
Multiple pickup locations can be arranged. Send all the addresses when requesting your quote, along with the time you need to reach your destination.
For example, a group leaving from Parramatta and Strathfield should include both stops from the start. The pickup order and time needed to load bags affect the schedule. Choose one organiser to share the confirmed arrangements with everyone.
If a stop changes later, contact us so we can check the timing and any fare adjustment.
What if fewer people need the return trip?
Give us the passenger count for each direction. If 18 people are travelling to an event but only 12 need a lift home, ask us to quote each journey using those numbers.
Include the return pickup address and time, plus any changes to luggage or child-seat requirements. If the finish time is uncertain, discuss the pickup arrangements with our team before confirming.
