In case of any cancellation or changes to your booking, kindly inform us at least 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit amount or incurring of any cancellation fees.
The following chart shows the cancellation charges and refund amounts based on the time before the journey:
Please note the following cancellation and refund policy based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled journey:
- Up to 3 hours before the journey: – Cancellation charges: 100% of the fare
– Refund amount: 0% of the fare - Up to 6 hours before the journey: – Cancellation charges: 75% of the fare
– Refund amount: 25% of the fare - Up to 12 hours before the journey: – Cancellation charges: 50% of the fare
– Refund amount: 50% of the fare - Up to 24 hours before the journey: – Cancellation charges: 25% of the fare
– Refund amount: 75% of the fare - More than 24 hours before the journey: – A charge of $25 will be applied, and the complete refund will be processed.
In case of rescheduling, no charges will be applied for the first trip. However, for more than one rescheduling, an administration charge of $20 will be applied.
